4B ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A REASSESSMENT OF 'THE PROPERTY IN LOCAL SEWERAGE
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.1, TO PAY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SE~NERAGE IMPROVEME~S
AND OTHER INCIDENTAL IKPROVEMENTS THEREIN; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS THERE07,
IN CONFLICT RZREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
wHEREAS, heretofore on the seoond o.,"y of Ootober, A. D. 1919 there was passed

and ap~rov.d by the Mayor and City Counoil of the City of Rexburg, Ordinance No.
235, wherein and thereby Looal Sewerage Improvement Distriot Bo. 1, wa.oreated 10 r

the purpose f oonstructing a. Sewerage 5ystem therein; and
WHEn .S. In pursuant to said Ordinance and the laws of the Sta.te 01' Idaho,
an assessment was levied against the property inoluded in said Local Se.erage lm-
prov~.nt District Bo. 1, by Ordinance Bo. 253 Of said City, and
WHEREAS, Due to an underestimate of the amount 01' rook exoavation in the
said Di.triot, and an underestimate ot the cost 01' olerioal elllineering and legal
servioes, and for the amount o~ iaterelt on interim warrant8 01' 8ald Diatrlct, the
aSS8ssment so levied is now tound to be insufficient to pay the oost 01' the improve-
ments made and enJoyed by the owner8 of the property in aaidLocal Se.erage Improve-
ment ;Distriot.
NOW THEREFORE, :BE IT ORDlINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REX~URG, MADISO~ COUNTY, IDAHO.
