He said that the road is 5” higher in front of his property, the road is higher than his garage causing water to follow into his garage and into his basement. He said that Brett agreed to help with some of the cost of dirt needed to elevate the driveway. He needs to pore 12 yards of concrete to pave his driveway and garage, and he needs raise the header of his garage so his vehicle can enter the garage. Brandon is not satisfied with the just the help with the dirt and is looking for additional compensation. 5/18/22 Joseph called, LID interest rate and estimated price was discussed. NAP: 1.28.2022 Debra called, she will do her own driveway and sidewalk. She was told that she will need to wait until the curb and gutter is replaced in order to install new sidewalk and that the elevation might change for better drainage. 6/1/2022 Jeremy called, he would like to improve his own sidewalk and driveway; 9/7/2022 Jeremy came to city hall with concerns regarding landscaping. There is a difference of 6" from grass to curb. $10,000 was paid 8/30/2022. Would like to extend their driveway to the garage.
