Own sidewalk; 12/2/2022 Brandon Olson from 535 Chad came to city hall to discuss his property. He said that the road is 5” higher in front of his property, the road is higher than his
garage causing water to follow into his garage and into his basement. He said that Brett agreed to help with some of the cost of dirt needed to elevate the driveway. He needs to pore
12 yards of concrete to pave his driveway and garage, and he needs raise the header of his garage so his vehicle can enter the garage. Brandon is not satisfied with the just the help
with the dirt and is looking for additional compensation.

4/15 Mona would like to do her own sidewalk and driveway. 11/30/2022 Mona said the city did the work.
Homeowner is doing their Own Sidewalk. Has Medical issues & mobility concerns

Completed their own sidewalk. Will need to make sure they get full city participation & reduce assessed amount by sidewalk they completed on behalf of the city. $275.32 City Participation
+ $1,845.99 for homeowner doing their own sidewalk

3/9/2022 The Hearing on Creation notification was returned was a forwarding mailing address and resent out to the new mailing address, Talked with Gerald on 6-13 he instructed us to
do it all.
NAP: 1.28.2022 Debra called, she will do her own driveway and sidewalk. She was told that she will need to wait until the curb and gutter is replaced in order to install new sidewalk
and that the elevation might change for better drainage.
6/1/2022 Jeremy called, he would like to improve his own sidewalk and driveway; 9/7/2022 Jeremy came to city hall with concerns regarding landscaping. There is a difference of 6" from
grass to curb.
$10,000 was paid 8/30/2022. Would like to extend their driveway to the garage. This added roughly 40 SY
