AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART 3, CHAPTER ONE, SECTlON 116 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE CI TY OF REXBURG, IDAHO, RELATING TO MID-NIGHT CLOSING:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO:
SEC. ONE Part 3 of Chapter One, Section 116 of the Revised Ordinances of
the City Of RexBurg, be amended and MADE to read as follows, to -wit:
Sec. 116. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation,
to keep operating any place of business in the City of Rexburg after the hour of twelve o'clock,
p.m., commonly known as midnight, and until 4 o'clock, A. M., the following day, provided,
however, that public eating houses may be kept open until the hour of one 0' clock, am.
This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
as provided by law.
