To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter to express my concerns with the proposed zoning changes to the land by my house. My family and I moved to Rexburg 2 years ago. We bought our house, here in Rexburg,
because it is in a neighborhood of single-family homes. We were under the impression that if the land by our house, was ever developed, that it was zoned as LDR1 land and would stay
that way. If the proposed zoning is approved, then the land by our house will change from LDR1 to MDR1. This would negatively change the looks and aesthetics of our neighborhood. Not
only would we like to raise our children in an area with single-family, owner-occupied homes, but changing the land from LDR1 to MDR1 would create a visual impairment.
We really love where we live!! Please keep the land zoned as LDR1. I do not agree with changing the code to any other classification then what it currently is.
