Our property sits directly adjacent to the subject property and serves as our primary and sole residence. As you may expect, we oppose the application as it now stands. While we can appreciate the developer’s desire to maximize the number of lots or units within the subject space, allowing any variation from the existing LDR1 classification would, in our opinion, diminish the value of existing homes in the surrounding subdivisions. It simply doesn’t comport with existing neighborhood aesthetics. My wife and I built in this area to avoid this very scenario. We would respectfully request that the application be denied and that the subject property remain LDR1. Thank you for your service to this community. Regards, Jason & Vicki Rammell
