At that meeting it was discussed that it needed to be 100’ Wide, with the road width being 70’ wide, Which I assume is back of curb to back of curb. Currently, the Curb is only located along the West side of 2nd East at our project location. To determine the amount of Right-of-Way the project owner, Kevin Oswald, needs to deed to the city I did the following: I located the back of the existing curb and found that it runs exactly 26’ parallel to the east line of Section 18. I am sure the back of curb must have been designed and staked out this way. I then went an additional 15’ to the west onto Kevin Oswald’s property and determined that to be the West Right-of-Way line of 2nd East. Please review the attached Record of Survey. I have created a parcel that describes the Right-of-Way that needs to be deeded to the City of Rexburg, but I would like to review this and let me know if you have any changes before the Deed is recorded.
