MAP FOR THE CITY OF REXBURG
Public Hearing: November 17, 2022, at 6:30 P.M. to be held before the Rexburg Planning and Zoning Commission at 35 N 1st E, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho (#22 00733) to rezone
approximately 301 S 12th W, Parcel No. RPRXBCA0254499, from Rural Residential 2 (RR2) to
Low-Density Residential 1 (LDR1) and Low-Density Residential 2 (LDR2) zones in the City of
Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho.
Legal Description:
Parcel 1 Rezone to Low-Density Residential 1 (LDR1)
Part of Northwest ¼ of Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 39 East Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho, described as follows; Commencing at the West 1/4 comer of Section 25, Township
6 North, Range 39 East, being marked by an aluminum cap shown on the Comer Perpetuation and
Filing, Instrument No. 185041, Also being the True Point of Beginning; Thence N 00°02'10" E
along the west line of Section 25,667.59 feet; Thence S 89°54'50" E, 1216.07; Thence S 00°02'41" W, 667.61 feet; Thence N 89°54'46" W, 1215.97 feet to the Point of Beginning. Parcel
containing+/- 19.00 Acres
Parcel 2 Rezone to Low-Density Residential 2 (LDR2) Part of Northwest ¼ of Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 39 East Boise Meridian, Madison
County, Idaho, described as follows; Commencing at the West 1/4 comer of Section 25, Township
6 North, Range 39 East, being marked by an aluminum cap shown on the Comer Perpetuation and
Filing, Instrument No. 185041. Thence N 00°02'10" E along the west line of Section 25, 667.59 feet; Thence S 89°54'50" E, 1216.07 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence continuing S
89°54'50" E, 471.81 to the west right-of-way of Highway 20; Thence S 00°01'46" W along said right-
of-way, 667.62 feet; Thence N 89°54'46" W, 471.99 feet; Thence N 00°02'41" E, 667.61 feet to the
Point of Beginning. Parcel containing+/- 7.00 Acres
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on November 16, 2022. This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
