Each new customer will set up their own LightBridge Stripe account. Customers can log in, view invoices, and update their credit card information. WideOpen uses a “bill forward” process: On the first day of each month, all customer credit cards are debited for fees for the current month (not the previous month). Most customers will see two charges on their invoice (there is only one credit card charge). •Monthly Connection Fee — Per the most recent pro forma for the network, this will be $45. •Internet Service — This fee will be based on whatever package of Internet the customer has selected (e.g. 250/250 @ $27.95). The single credit card charge using the example fees above would be $72.95. Money Handling Options Option One — Customers are billed via Stripe. Stripe deposits fees in a WideOpen checking account used exclusively for LightBridge (i.e. no funds commingled with other WideOpen accounts). WideOpen makes ISP payments out of that account, and transfers fund to LightBridge on a scheduled basis. Option Two — Customers are billed via Stripe. Stripe deposits fees in a LightBridge checking account. LightBridge makes ISP payments out of that account. www.wideopennetworks.us • 540.552.2150 • info@wideopennetworks.us
