To Whom It May Concern,
This is a notice that an applicant has requested a Plat for the parcel at approximately 396 W Moody Rd,
Parcel Identification No. RP06N40E076031 and will be considered by Planning & Zoning within the
next fifteen (15) days in the City of Rexburg or the City of Rexburg’s Area of Impact. Please see the

hearings-minutes or contact us regarding short plats and lot line adjustments, lot splits, or lot
combinations.
As stated in the Idaho Code 67-6519, “Whenever a county or city considers a proposed subdivision or any other
site-specific land development application authorized by this chapter, it shall provide written notice concerning the
development proposal by mail, or electronically by mutual agreement, to all irrigation districts, ground water districts,
Carey act operating companies, nonprofit irrigation entities, lateral ditch associations and drainage districts that have
requested, in writing, to receive notice.”

member of your board and have them notify the Planning & Zoning Department of the needed contact
change. If your board wishes to stop receiving notification of land use items in the City of Rexburg,
please submit in writing such request to the Planning & Zoning department via email at
