Layout Evaluation:•The North Option was eliminated due to the site constraints, but some of the layout and adjacency concepts were utilized in other plan refinement •South & East Options were preferred for advancement and were adapted based on programming feedback from the Core Team Concept Plan –Options Refinement East Option South Option KEY LAYOUT CONSIDERATIONS: •Location of the spaces before/behind the main lobby control desk •Adjacency and openness between spaces •Physical / visual connectivity •Ease of patron use, access, and flow •Appropriate staffing / monitoring •Potential for spaces to be closed to allow for other events and/or setup to occur without shutting down other program areas •Good access to support spaces and storage to optimize staffing level and reduce expenses •A GREAT USER EXPERIENCE!
