The owner of Lot 4, Block 2, Airport Commerclal Park, "Ppccfab Properties, LLC" agrees not to
build any permanent buildings or structures within 10 feet of the property line of Lot 5, Block 2,
Airport Commercial Park, owned by "Robertson Taylor, LLC".
This agreement will transfer to any future owners of Lot 4, Block 2. Airport Commercial Park.
