Dumpster enclosure needs to be completed for screening requirement. 2. Landscaping needs to be completed. 3. Pedestrian connectivity requirement must be met. (internal sidewalks and sidewalks in right-of-way must be connected with pedestrian path- this was called out in the plans and shown as painted hash marks on asphalt) 4. One way signage/do not enter/painted arrows on asphalt need to be installed around North side of building (contact Kyle Baldwin with any questions) -Sign location to be determined This Certificate, issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 111 of the International Building Code, certifies that, at the time of issuance, this building or that portion of the building that was inspected on the date listed was found to be in compliance with the requirements of the code for the group and division of occupancy and the use for which the proposed occupancy was classified.
