Subject:Wendy Heder rezoning her property
To whom it may concern,
I have known Wendy Heder personally for many years and have enjoyed being her close neighbor. She is one of those
people who is on top of everything and gives 100% in everything that she does. I fully support her desire to Airbnb her
entire house. I have every confidence in her to take care in choosing her tenants and in taking care of any problems that
arise. I managed NorthPoint Apartments (BYUI housing) for 6 years and know how hard it is for the parents to find
places to stay while dropping off their kids at BYUI. I am sure that will be the majority of Wendy's tenants. There are
homes in this neighborhood that are rented out long term and most of those do not get taken care of the way many of
us feel they should. Wendy's situation is a huge difference and I know she will be very involved as well as living there still
sometimes, I don't feel there will be any problems with her wish to rezone and fully support it.
