Subject: Hibbard Flats Rezoning
Dear Mr. Parkinson,
I’m writing in support for the Hibbard Flats rezoning proposal across from Pinebrook. I fully support
annexation of the property into the city limits and changing the zoning to LDR1. The current proximity
to city utilities makes it an ideal location for expansion with minimal costs. Rexburg city is in a growing
phase and this added location for building would help relieve the pressures from the added influx of
people. Much of the need is for more single family homes, which this proposed change would address.
