Subject: Email of Support for Hibbard Flats
Dear Alan,
My name is Brantley Brooks and my address is 1127 Greenside Loop in Rexburg. I am writing this email
to support the annexation, comp plan change and zoning change to LDR1 for Hibbard Flats.
This location is an absolute no‐brainer for a new neighborhood. The city of Rexburg is growing at a high
rate and I believe this location will be able to provide a much needed housing product for the area. The
property is located conveniently near city utilities making it the perfect place for expansion. Additionally,
there are neighborhoods directly north, east and west of the property so it will match the surrounding
area’s growth pattern.
As a person who lives in pinebrook estates (directly east of the subject property), I believe Hibbard Flats
will overall benefit the area and the city of Rexburg.
