Alan,
In addition to our meeting I just wanted to send this over.
I’d like to write this short message in favor of the Hibbard Flats Subdivision Annexation, Comp Plan
Change, and Rezone to LDR1.
I think it will provide a much‐needed move‐up lifestyle housing product for the City of Rexburg.
Proximity to city utilities makes it an ideal location for expansion. It also matches the existing growth in
the area with single‐family homes.
