Exterior: Each homeowner is responsible to keep their exterior (siding, roofing, landscaping, driveway etc) in a clean, aesthetically pleasing condition. Any outbuildings must get approval from the architectural committee (comprising of Brantley Brooks and any future appointees). Lawn must be kept green and regularly mowed and maintained. Fences must be approved by architectural committee and be aesthetically pleasing. Rentability: Homeowner’s have the option to rent their twin home as they please. Amendments: These covenants are specifically made vague because the developer is planning to buy and hold these properties. If the developer decides to sell any of the homes, there may be amendments added in order to encourage harmony between neighbors.
