hereby grant, bargain sell and convey unto Grantee and Grantor does convey release, remise and forever
quitclaim unto Grantee all the following described premises located in the County of Madison, State of
Idaho, to wit:
Lots 2 and 3, Yellowstone Resort, according to the official plat in the office of the recorder,
Madison County, Idaho, recorded May 24, 2022 as Instrument No. 449975.
To have and to hold the said premises, with their appurtenances unto the said Grantee and to the
Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. The Grantor does not covenant to and with the said Grantee, that the
Grantor is the owner in fee simple of said premises and that it is free from all encumbrances except as
above described. Grantor only conveys any interest it may hold in and to the above described property
