Low Density Residential 2 (LDR2), Medium Density Residential 2 (MDR2), and Community
Business Center (CBC) zones to Low Density Residential 3 (LDR3) zone #22-00258.
Designated as Ordinance No 1287 if motion passes. Staff recommendation to suspend the
rules and considered 3rd Read – Alan Parkinson Action Item
