REXBURG, IDAHO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO; PROVIDING FOR THE
ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1174 N YELLOWSTONE HWY IN THE IMPACT
AREA OF THE CITY OF REXBURG. ANNEXED PROPERTY AT APPROXIMATELY 1174 N YELLOWSTONE HWY
WILL BE REZONED FROM COMMUNITY BUSINESS CENTER (CBC) TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL 1
(MDR1) ZONE AS DESCRIBED IN THE FULL TEXT; AND PROVIDING SEVERABILITY, PUBLICATION BY
SUMMARY, AND ESTABLISHING THE EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE ANNEXED AND REZONED PROPERTY IS DEPICTED ON THE MAP AS FOLLOWS:
