Observations/ Remarks When I first arrived on the job site I observed that the location of the pour was on the east side of the building. When I performed the tests I observed that the air content was 5.2 which was within spec for passing, but the slump failed as the slump was 7.5 inches with the maximum slump being 4 inches. We informed the contractor and he continued to pour. Items observed are in general conformance with approved project documents and jurisdictional requirements.
