When I first arrived on the job site I observed that the location of the pour was on the east side of the
building. When I performed the tests I observed that the air content was 5.2 which was within spec for
passing, but the slump failed as the slump was 7.5 inches with the maximum slump being 4 inches.
We informed the contractor and he continued to pour.

We arrived on site at approximately 8:45 am and set up our gear. The truck arrived at approximately
9:16 am. They used a loader to move the concrete from the front of the building to the northeast
corner. The air is within spec and the slump was out of spec and the contractor decided to continue
the pour. We left the site at approximately 10:15 am.

them packed up my gear and left at approximately 10 a.m.
