Andrea,
I attached an inspection report of unfinished site requirements on Rock Creek as of April of 2019. Some corrections may have been completed since then. The 3 pages include requirements
from Planning & Zoning, Fire Department, and Public Works. Dave Davis did the inspection for the Fire Department if you have any questions on his list. Joel Grey did the inspection
for Public Works. I did the inspection for P&Z.
I am looking into the accessible sidewalk requirement between 126 and 146, because I have some different thoughts on it. I will get back to you IF that item becomes no longer required.
When the items are all completed we will need to do another inspection to sign everything off. Thank you for helping us final these site items out and make Rock Creek a safer place.

curbing red so no parking in front of hydrant. 3- North roadway needs fire lanes on both side of road with curbs pained red and signs that say 'Fire lane, No Parking'. 4- Addresses
