Items the fire department needs addressed before completed. 1- Orient fire hydrant by play ground for large outlet to face the asphalt. Also, paint red on asphalt in front of hydrant so no one parks in front of hydrant. 2- Raise west Hydrant to proper level and paint curbing red so no parking in front of hydrant. 3- North roadway needs fire lanes on both side of road with curbs pained red and signs that say 'Fire lane, No Parking'. 4- Addresses need to identify the building as well as the apartment. Fire hydrant next to Unit 141 should be rotated towards driveway. 3. Fire hydrant behind Unit 186 needs raised and valve located and raised. 4. Fire hydrant valve next to Unit 196 needs lowered. 5. ADA sidewalks do not exist between Units 126 and 146. (Drive aisles, entrances & exits) Mark fire lanes as required by Fire dept (painted curbs, posted signs). Parking is not allowed on either side of north fire lane or by maintenance building. Thirty foot width is insufficient for both 2-way traffic and side parking. REVISIONS Do parking stalls meet code requirements? (Sizes & number of stalls/doors or beds? Finish marking parallel parking stalls on west side excluding portion directly west of unit 201 where road is too narrow (parallel parking stalls are 22 ft long & 9 ft wide). REVISIONS Do sidewalks meet requirements by zone?Fix sidewalk to be accessible along north fire lane between units 126 and 146 as discussed with Joel. REVISIONS Are the landscaping requirements met? (# of trees, caliper of trees, etc.) Are green space percentage requirements met? Finish all landscaping areas on site.REVISIONS Is the project addressable?Post address signs on sides of buildings along north and south fire lanes to identify access to interior units and also far north units (example: "101-126", or "Units 102-126").
