The following information is to provide you with an estimated cost for your proposed 2 subdivisions,
Fairway Estates, Idaho Falls and Stonebridge, Rexburg as discussed the other day in our office.
Subdividing between 25-30 or more lots per Subdivision- Topographic Survey, Boundary Survey,
legal description, Assuming that we will be using the Preliminary that has been approved, Final plat
( restaking lot corners after Construction), City Site plan reviews meetings, City Planning & Zoning
hearing and City Council hearing, Improvement Drawings ( with construction cost estimate). This
estimate does not include specifications, but will be designed to applicable City standards. Onsite
inspection for general compliance with City requirements (az built plans). Contacting agencies for
signatures on subdivision plat Health Department, Owner, City Planning & Zoning, City officals,
Surveyor's Certificate, and Recording with Recorders Office in Bonneville and Madison County.
This proposal includes basic construction staking on the roadway. The stakes will be set one time
and any restaking will be done on a time and material bases.
This estimate does not include material testing as required by each City. We will be happy to
provide an estimate, but will assume that it will be the contractor's responsibility.
This per lot cost does not include the design or construction oversite of a lift station. This proposal
does not include any flood plain study. We can put an estimate together if client is required to
submit to city.
All fees associated with the platting process will be paid by the owner.
Proposed Cost of $850.00 per Lot.
We received the Preliminary Plat from the City of Idaho Falls and it does not show an access to the
old T. Jenkins property but does show access to the farm houses.
