I packed up the necessary equipment, standardized the gauge, and left the lab at 10:30 AM. I arrived on site at 10:45 AM and was directed to the south end of the building to start testing. The first three shots didn’t pass but had a high moisture content, so the rolled the area again. When I retested, the area met the required specifications. I continued to test the pit run moving north. It couldn’t to meet the required density until I reached the NE corner. This area hadn’t been rerolled as the previously mentioned, so they rolled it. I tested it again and it passed. The area met the specifications this time. I told the foreman on site with Stevens Construction. I then packed up the equipment, collected a sample of reject sand from the S end of the building site, and left the at 1:15 PM. When I arrived at the lab, I unloaded the truck and filled out the paperwork. I completed the paperwork at 2:15 PM Tested By: AWalburger Signature: Reviewed By: E.
