QUITCLAIM DEED
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the Urban Renewal Agency of Rexburg, Idaho, also known as Rexburg Urban Renewal Agency, an independent public body, corporate and politic, organized under the laws
of the state of Idaho and having a mailing address of 299 E 4th N., Rexburg, Idaho 83440, does hereby convey release, remise, and forever quitclaim unto the city of Rexburg, an Idaho
municipal corporation, whose address is 35 N. 1st East, Rexburg, Idaho 83440, all right, title, and interest of the Rexburg Urban Renewal Agency in and to the following described real
property situated in Madison County, state of Idaho, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Lot 2, Block 31 of the original Rexburg Townsite in the City of Rexburg, and running thence West 123.19 ft., to a curve to the left, with a chord
bearing of S 56°01’16” W, having a radius of 188.00 ft, with an arc length of 96.75 ft.; thence S 41°16’42” W 133.78 ft., to a curve to the left, with a chord bearing of S 28°36’34”
W, having a radius of 179.25 ft., having an arc length of 82.61 ft.; thence South 23.16 ft; thence East 165.75 ft; thence North 84 ft.; thence East 177.38 ft.; thence N 63°47’20” E
55.34 ft; thence North 140.6 ft; thence West 62.83 ft. to the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, unto CITY, successors, and assigns forever.
