Legal Description:Situated in the State of Idaho, County of Madison, being part of Section 17, Township 6 North, Range 40 East, of BM, being more particularly described as follows:Commencing at the center ¼ corner; Thence north 00°08’11” west, a distance of 828.81 feet along the North - south center of said Section 17 and the existing City of Rexburg corporation line to the point of beginning; thence south 89°25’00” west, a distance of 899.73 feet along the existing City of Rexburg corporation line to the east right of way of line of North Yel-lowstone Highway; Thence north 30°23’50” east, a distance of 257.82 feet along the East right of way of North Yellowstone Highway to a point; Thence south 89°13’24” east, a distance of 747.81 feet to a point; Thence north 00°08’08” west, a dis-tance of 557.68 feet to a point; Thence south 89°59’38” east, a distance of 21.00 feet to a point; Thence south 00°08’09” east, a distance of 760.76 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4.34 acres of land, more or less.At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on May 4, 2022.
