NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on May 5, 2022 at 6:30 pm a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, at City Hall located at 35 North 1st East, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a Condition-al Use Permit (CUP) (#22-00215) to allow a Mobile Vending Court in Mixed Use (MU) zone, per the Rexburg Development Code as a Conditional Use. The said parcel is located at 250 W Main St in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more par-ticularly described as follows:Legal Description:Commencing at a point 150 feet East of the SW Corner of Lot 3, Block 30 of the original Rexburg Townsite, in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho as shown on the recorded plat thereof, and running thence East 147 feet to the West line of the Oregon Short Line Rail-road right-of-way: thence N. 30°29’ E. along said right-of-way 208 feet: thence at a right angle Northwesterly 8 feet; thence Northerly following a spur line of said railroad 190 feet; thence North 82 feet; thence West 131.08 feet, more or less, to the West line of Lot 1, Block 30; thence South 153 feet to the cen-ter of Block 3 aforesaid; thence West 140 feet; thence South 79 feet; thence West 40 feet; thence South 251 feet to the point of beginning. Together with a right-of-way Northward from the Northwest corner of said property described asfollows: commencing at the NW corner of said Lot 1, Block 30, aforesaid, and running thence East 16.5 feet; thence North 177 feet to the North line of said property; thence West 16.5 feet; thence North 177 feet to the point of beginning.
