BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexburg, Idaho: SECTION I: That the zoning map of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, which is filed with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is hereby amended and changed to provide that the hereinafter described property situated in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, State of Idaho, regarding (#21 00773) to rezone approximately 18 N 2nd E, 227 E Main St, 220 Ricks Ave and 248 Ricks Ave from Central Business District (CBD) and High Density Residential 1(HDR1) zones to Community Business Center (CBC) zone in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho. The legal description of the said property in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, is as follows: Legal Description: Mountain America Credit Union and Call Center — 18 N 2nd E & 227 E Main PARCEL 1: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 35 of the Original Townsite in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence North 105.4 feet; thence East 15.0 feet to the center line of a 10 inch wide cinder block common wall; thence East along said wall 120.0 feet; thence South along the center line of said wall 18.5 feet; thence East along said center line of wall 60.5 feet to the East edge of the building; thence South 86.9 feet to the South line of said Lot 3; thence West 195.5 feet along said line to the point of beginning.
