Planning and Zoning recommendation to approve a Comprehensive Plan Map amendment at 1114 N Yellowstone Hwy from Commercial/Mixed Use to LDR1-MDR1 #22-00033. Designated as Resolution 2022 – 08 if motion passes – Alan Parkinson Action Item B. Planning and Zoning recommendation to approve a rezone at approximately 1114 N Yellowstone Hwy from Community Business Center (CBC) to Medium Density Residential 1 (MDR1) #22-00019. Designated as Ordinance No 1280 if motion passes. Staff recommendation to suspend the rules and considered 3rd Read – Alan Parkinson Action Item C.
