This is a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
A Full Certificate of Occupancy will be issued upon completion of the following items by 06/30/2022:
- Building will need to have fire sprinklers throughout.
- Will need to install a Knox Box for keys at or near the front of building. (This is usually 1-2 months to order.)
- Will need to verify that the existing fire hydrant on 12th West or the new hydrant on the north end of the developement is close
enough.
- FDC will need to be located on the addressing side of the building.
-Asphalt connection to street must be maintained at all times
-Water valves and manhole lids adjusted to grade
-Storz adapters on fire hydrants installed
-Trash enclosure completed
-Lock installed on RV sewer dump lid or other means of control of who uses site
-Exterior items : IE street, sidewalk, lighting, and so forth
-Culinary shut off needs to be uncovered on North side of building
-Sidewalks in ROW must be placed, Landscaping and Community spaces requirements must be met
This Certificate, issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 111 of the International Building Code, certifies that, at
the time of issuance, this building or that portion of the building that was inspected on the date listed was found to be in
compliance with the requirements of the code for the group and division of occupancy and the use for which the
proposed occupancy was classified.

There shall be no further change in the existing occupancy classification of the building nor shall any structural
changes, modifications or additions be made to the building or any portion thereof until the Building Official has
reviewed and approved said future changes.
