The Comprehensive Plan designation is currently “Rural” and
you will need “LDR1-MDR1” to rezone to Low-Density
Residential 2 (LDR2). The following are the application
submittal documents for the Comprehensive Plan Map change
and the Rezone for Pine Brook DIV2 lots along the highway:
