Hinge Point LLC is showing as being inactive with the state of Idaho since August of 2021. I need the
Proof of Ownership for 4U Development LLC – the state filing Annual Report will work. Then, I am
waiting on the metes and bounds legal description and payment of fees. I have attached the Fee
Summaries. You can pay by credit card over the phone, but there is an additional 3% fee. Or you can
bring a check to City Hall payable to the “City of Rexburg”. These items will be needed before we can
move forward with these applications.
