Part of Lot 1 Block 3 of the Original Rexburg Townsite, part of the 1st Amended Plat of Lot 1
Block 3 of the Original Rexburg Townsite, and part of the north 1/2 of Lot 1 Block 16 of the
Original Rexburg Townsite, being part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 6
North, Range 40 East of the Boise Meridian, City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the east 1/4 corner of Section 19 from which the southeast corner of said
section bears South 00°01’46” East 2640.22 feet, the basis of bearings for this description;
Thence South 00°01’46” East 246.78 along the east line of said Section 19 and
South 89°44’31” West 50.86 feet from the east 1/4 corner of Section 19 to the southeast corner
of Lot 5 Block 3 of the 1st Amended Plat of Lot 1 Block 3 of the Original Rexburg Townsite, said
point also being the northeast corner of Parcel No. 1 of Warranty Deed Instrument No. 412972,
and the POINT OF BEGINNING and being marked by a 5/8” rebar and cap inscribed PLS 4563;
Thence S 00°16'11" E 166.86 feet along the east line of said warranty deed and said Lot 1;
Thence N 89°05'50" W 416.59 feet to a point on the northeasterly bank of the Rexburg Canal;
Thence along said canal bank the following 2 courses:
1) N 22°30'46" W 10.14 feet to a point on the north line of said Lot 1 Block 16;
2) N 22°23'42" W 53.44 feet to a point on the centerline of the now abandoned 3rd North
Street;
Thence N 89°43'53" E 138.80 feet along said centerline to the southwest corner of Lot 6 Block 3
of said 1st Amended Plat of Lot 1 Block 3;
Thence N 00°15'08" W 99.51 feet along the west line of said Lot 6 Block 3 to the northwest
corner thereof;
Thence N 89°44'31" E 301.64 feet along the north line of said Lot 6 and said Warranty Deed
Instrument No. 412972 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
