LOT CONSOLIDATION DEED
LS PropDrop, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (both "Grantor" and "Grantee"), is the
owner of the real property located in Madison County, Idaho, and more specifically described
in Exhibit A hereto.
The City of Rexburg has approved Grantor's application No. 22-00022 to consolidate the three
parcels identified in Exhibit A into one legal parcel. This deed is intended to effect that
consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE, in order to effect the consolidation of the parcels, Grantor does hereby
grant, transfer, and convey unto Grantee all of that certain real property situated in Madison
County, Idaho described in Exhibit A to result in a single legal parcel as identified in Exhibit B.
Dated to be effective February 2, 2022.
