Existing Trane 10 ton Split system Scope of work: Replace existing rooftop unit JOB # C-854
• Disconnect electrical, gas connections, refrigerant lines
• Remove existing gas furnaces and 10 ton condenser
• Install (2) owner provide 96% Daikin gas furnaces
• Install (1) 10 ton Daikin condenser
• Reconnect gas, electrical, flush line set and reconnect refrigeration lines
• Install owner provided GPS FC-48
• Demo existing flue pipes and install new PVC flue pipes
• Startup and verify operation
• Includes crane service Parts: $ 7,000.00 Labor: $ 9,000.00 Install Daikin 10 ton split system Provided EMCOR: Total: $ 16,000.00
Exclusions: fire/life safety, patching, coring, engineering, roofing, and structural bracing, any repairs not on this quote that do not meet code upon mechanical inspection
