While Bron Leatham is an owner he is not the sole owner Wendy Leatham is also an owner. Plannine 1. The applicant will request different zoning after annexation. 2. With annexation, the zone and comp plan map are not being changed. Public Works 1. The nearest water and sewer lines are at the corner of 2"d E. and Moody. 2. All storm drainage will have to be handled on site. 3. Once we have a proposed development, then we can look at the traffic impacts. 4. Capacity for water and sewer will be determined at the time of development. We have capacity, but it is limited in the area. 5. The sewer lift station would have to be relocated to service this parcel. These costs would be paid for by the developer. C)
