-Facility (Madison Junior High School) is large enough to host the targeted number of participants. We
will be using multiple areas of the school to spread out the planned activities.
-Face coverings & sanitation areas will be set up in the building.
-Food will be store bought & served as individual servings.
-Chaperones & police officer(s) will be present to help monitor the safety, health & well-being of those
attending.
