RE: Taco Bell Addition

I have read your plan check comments and am offering the following clarification/corrections.
• A Com check is attached. The required insulation has been added.
• A note has been added to the ceiling plan “Suspended ceiling to be installed to manufacturer’s
specifications”. See sheet A1.2 – Note 4.
• Panic hardware has been added to door #8. A new door and hollow metal frame are now called
out. See sheet A5.0.
• Seating at tables, counters and work areas will comply with IBC Section 1109.11.
• Tempered glass note has been added. See sheet A5.0 – Door types and Frame types.
• Wind loads per the structural drawings is to 105mph. See sheet S0.1.
• Special Inspector will be Connect Engineering.
• Minimum frost depth is 36” to bottom of footing. Slab is 100’-0” and 97’-6” is top of footing so
+12” footing thickness we are actually 3’-6”.
• Our client owns the property to the East and property to the North. We have added an
additional 42 parking stalls that are useable.
