Executive Session: Roll Call Vote for Motion to Enter into Executive Session per Idaho State
Statute 74-206 (1) (b) To consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear
complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual
agent, or public school student.
Council President Busby moved to go into Executive Seesion per Idaho State Statute 74-206

student; Council Member Flora seconded the motion Mayor Merrill asked for a roll call
vote:
