Subject: Purposed MDR1 or LDR3 Trevor Einerson 2nd North 4th East
I want to thank the Rexburg PZ commission in hearing the neighborhood speak about the purposed Zoning Change I
have meet with Trevor this past Monday Dec 13th and feel the decision to keep the zoning as LDR2 is the best for the
neighborhood. Anything other than an LDR2 would as the Rexburg City PZ Commission would began to set a precedent
for the neighborhood and begin to change it from an LDR2. I would ask that the City Council Support the unanimous
decision of the PZ Commission to keep it as a LDR2 as that was their recommendation and not any other zoning option.
I wanted to share a concern I had after the PZ Commission meeting December 2nd After the PZ meeting was over an all
those came to the meeting left the City Hall meeting room Trevor Einerson then went back into the room and shut the
door behind himself, without the knowledge of the PZ Commision. The door was locked from the outside . In the room
were PZ Commission and City Staff Members. I tried to open the door as and the door was locked I knocked on the door
then. I made mention to other guests that came to the meeting and then also noted that the door was locked and took
account through the crack in the door of who was present in the room.
