You had also stated that the energy compliance form was not required for this project. You had ini#ially informed nye that we would need to submit plans to the State Electrical Bureau for review of the electrical plans. On August 4, 2005 I received a cavi from. Larry Went, plans. examiner at the Eastern Region office and he informed me that we do not need to submit plans to their agency for the electrical plan review. He said they only review the electrical for public buildings and schools and Wal -Marl as considered a private entity. He did state that the State Electrical Inspector world perform the electrical inspection and you had also informed me of this.
