Dear Ms. Lovejoy
I am against the rezoning of the property at 154 N. 4th E. Rexburg, Idaho. This property is in a residential area
and by rezoning the above mentioned property it will take away the neighborhood feeling that has been built
over the years.
There is plenty of property in the Rexburg area to build in without rezoning to put up even more apartment
buildings on. The neighborhoods that are established in Rexburg need to be protected from the large apartment
buildings. It is up to the zoning committee to protect the families and neighborhoods. Thank you.
