Dear Ms. Lovejoy,
We are writing in connection with the public hearing this evening related to the rezoning of land located
at approximately 154 N 4th E, parcel #RPRXBCA0205320, from LDR2 to MDR1. We oppose the change in
zoning and feel that it would have a significant negative impact on our neighborhood. We live
approximately a block away at 119 N 3rd E. Please keep our neighborhood zoning unchanged.
