the point of beginning,

Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20,
Township 6 North, Range 40 East, Boise Meridian, in Madison County, State of
Idaho, and running thence South 247.5 fee;t thence East 100 fee;t thence North
