Madison County, Idaho more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 1, being marked by a 5/8” rebar with an
aluminum cap as shown on Corner Perpetuation and Filing, Instrument No. 395361, said point
being the Point of Beginning; thence along the North line of said Section 1, North 89°56’16” East
1771.61 feet to the westerly Right-of-Way line of the Frontage Road No. 2 Survey as shown on
the plans of U.S. Highway No. 191 and 20 Project No. F-647(41) Highway Survey; thence along
said westerly Right-of-Way line, South 00°03’13” West 433.56 feet to a point of tangency of a
676.20 foot radius curve concave to the northwest of which radius bears North 89°56’47” West;
thence 183.07 feet along the arc of said 676.20 foot radius curve to the right through a central
angle of 15°30’43” and a long chord that bears South 07°48’35” West 182.51 feet; thence along
the North line as shown on Record of Survey, Instrument No. 265470, South 89°54’58” West
1485.40 feet; thence South 00°02’23” West 718.10 feet to the South line of Government Lot 4 of
Section 1; thence along said South line, South 89°53’01” West 260.83 feet to the West Quarter
corner of Section 1; thence along the West line of said Section 1, North 00°00’51” East 1333.26
feet to the Point of Beginning.
