Dear Ms. Saurey,
Below are our responses to the plan review comments from the various city departments. I have also
attached for the, city's review Addenda 1 3 2 and 3 ) which have been issued to the contractor, AddendLirn
No. 3 consists primarily of changes made as a result of the, plan review comments. Please let us know if
there are further comments or if additional information is needed.

1. The Base Flood Elevation (BFE} at the site is 4,864.5 feet. See attached Elevation Certificate. The,
Finish Floor Elevation is 4,867.1 5 which is 2.65 feet above the BFE.

2. Per phone conversation with Natalie Powell on 6-19-1 4 the 1 8 long x 95 wide stalls with a 6. wide
sidewalk are acceptable.
�. The snow storage areas are now shown on the attached Revised Site Plan. The Landscape Plan has
also been revised to adjust tree locations to avoid conflicts with snow storage areas. See attached
Addendum No. 3, Item Nos. 3 & 4.
Public Works Comments
L The concrete sidewalks have been revised to be continuous through the approaches. See attached
Addendum Na. 3,- Item No. 1.
2. & 3. The ),k-ater line in the right of way has been revised to be. ductile iron and the culinary water line
has been revised to comiect to the fire water lisle. A separate meter for irrigation leas also been
added. See attached Addendum No. 3, item no. 2.

Plan:
See attached revised sheet for the fallowing changes:
a. Add fire hydrant and connect1011 to water main at the corner of N. 1St East and the new roadway.
b. Delete the connection of the domestic water service line to the water main and connect the domestic
water service line to the Fire Sprinkler service dine instead,
C. Add connection and meter far irrigation water.
d. Water piping in right of way shall be ductile iron per City of Rexburg standards.
e. Add storm water piping connections for two downspouts for the exterior canopy at the north entrance
to the building,
3. Sheet L1.0 , Landscave Flan.
a. Delete one Idaho Locust tree at the southeast corner of the sough parking lot and move the location of
two Idaho Locusts treys along the west property line to avoid the designated snow storage arias
shown on the revised Site Plan Sheet A 1.0.
b. See revised Site Utility Plan Sheet C4.0 for location of the irrigation water meter which is the
in'igation contractor's connection point for the irrigation system.
