Tawnya, this is Dr. Bret Mooso. As you know, I am part of the group that is hoping to change the Zoning on
that parcel over by Valley Wide. I wish I could be at the meeting tomorrow night, but I am taking my wife on a
get a way for her birthday. I have been looking at doing something in Rexburg for many years now. I attended
Ricks back in 1980 and have served up there for over 8 years. I have watched it grow, and I am confident in it's
future growth, and would like to be part of that. I have recently opened an office in Rigby, and we are excited
with it's growth as well. I have been meeting with a number of dentists in Rexburg to show them what is new
in the field of Orthodontics. They have been quite receptive to what we are now doing, which has given me
the desire to open an office there. My goal is to build a practice in Rexburg and bring in a local boy/girl who
would like to come home to practice. As Rexburg grows, there will be a need for more residential. We would
like to combing commercial and residential in this project, so that is why we need to change the zoning. I am
excited about this opportunity. Thank you for your time and consideration.
