HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 1270 Rezone 547 Trejo to HDR1/ ORDINANCE NO. 1270 Rezone Approximately 547 Trejo St from Community Business Center (CBC) to High Density Residential 1 (HDR1) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT THE ZONED DESIGNATION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, SITUATED IN REXBURG, MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO, BE CHANGED AS HEREINAFTER DESIGNATED; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexburg, Idaho: SECTION I: That the zoning map of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, which is filed with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is hereby amended and changed to provide that the hereinafter described property situated in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, State of Idaho, regarding (#21 00681) to rezone approximately 547 Trejo St, parcel #RPRXBCA0259012 from Community Business Center (CBC) to High Density Residential 1 (HDR1) zone in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho. The legal description of the said properties in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, are as follows: Legal Description: REZONING LEGAL DESCRIPTION – 2.10 ACRES SITUATED IN THE STATE OF IDAHO, COUNTY OF MADISON, BEING ALL OF LOT 7, BLOCK 2.
