decided that since the addition is an the back of
the building, and to keep the addition uniform
with the existing building, we would not request
changes to the facade. Two Maple trees, or
similar, are required along the Northern facade
to visually break up the large expanse from
neighboring properties. Please add these to the
plans.

The water seryice line shows a new 2 inch
line. Will this be adequate for the fire
suppression system?

submitted.
3. There needs to be a minimum of 22 deet of
drive space between the parking stalls.
4. What is the plan for management of storm
water runoff?
5. Handicapped marking at the approached
reed to be marked with truncated domes.
5. The site sign is shown within the public right-
of-way. This sign must be an the development
property.
7. The trash enclosure size does not provide
adequate pickup. The minimum size is 11 feet
by 7 feet, and the design and materials need to
be shown. The enclosure should be Turned to
the north to provide for easier pickup and less
chance for conflict with cap parking.
